CRNE/CPRNE Preparation Course

The CRNE/CPRNE exam preparation review course covers components required to help prepare for Canadian national licensing examination. This course is available to new Registered Nursing graduates, internationally trained nurses and individuals rewriting the exam. Participants will benefit from comprehensive instruction on professional practice standards, nursing theory, as well as an understanding of how to interpret and answer examination questions. In addition, participants will be offered the opportunity to write Mock nursing practice exams, to be followed by a comprehensive review and analysis of results. The goal of this course is to provide participants with the following:

  • Thorough understanding of Canadian standards and guidelines of nursing practice (Professional Practice, Nurse-Client Partnership, Health and Wellness, Changes in Health).
  • Assess and identify personal areas of strength and weakness as it pertains to completing the examination.
  • Provide the necessary guidance and expertise in understanding the components of the Nursing Registration Examination.
  • Conduct and review mock nursing examinations.
  • Provide on-going constructive feedback to all applicants.
